Chicago KICS Cup International Village offers an economical housing package for the weeks tournament with easy access to the playing fields, along with on-site cafeteria, locker rooms, showers, movie room, games room and shops.
The Chicago KICS Cup International Village is centrally located to all the tournament highlighted events and Chicago’s tourist sites/downtown while steps away from Chicago’s spectacular lakefront, beaches and harbors.
Check in will begin on June 25th, with the cafeteria opening for dinner that day.
The Chicago KICS Cup International Village will be the epicenter of activity for the week’s events where players, coaches and team organizers from all around the world will mingle.
- Rooms Types: Dorm style bedrooms. (2 single bed per room) with 2 or 3 bedrooms sharing a batroom
- Check-in: Day of arrival at 2:00 pm
- Check-out: Monday, June 29th at 12:00 pm
- Early or extended stay available (subject to availability)

General Housing Information
HOTEL ROOMS STILL AVAILABLE
Chicago KICS International Showcase and Site Search are committed to providing you with the most memorable experience possible. Realizing hotel accommodations play a major role in your experience, we have partnered with area hotels to offer you the best options and prices.
This is a stay to play tournament, all teams are required to create a hotel block via the link below within 10 days of registering. Each family from your team will then have 5 days within creating your block to guarantee all reservations.
Please contact us with your block code as soon as the block is created, so we can update your housing status. Your team is NOT in compliance with the Stay to Play policy until a minimum of 7 reservations are made for all 8U-12U teams and 10 reservations are made for all 13U-19U teams. For your team to be in compliance with the tournament rules, your team would need to meet the minimum housing requirement.
If you are a local club (within 90 miles) and do not require any accommodations, please let me know. Please understand commuting teams will not receive special scheduling requests based on commute distance. ** The event uses the office address for the club to determine the distance of travel for the team.
