As a reminder, every team must perform final check in. 

We have two options for online check in: 

  1. Upload the appropriate documents via your GOT SOCCER account deadline Thursday, June 27 at 11:59pm (EST).
  2. Attend our  official check in is scheduled at the KICS HQ tents  at the Dunbar Sports Complex – Friday at 10:00am-4:00pm (CST)- you must check in 1 hour prior to your first game.

Check-IN Questions: Please let the tournament committee know via a GotSoccer support ticket using the account used to register for the event if you have any questions about the online check in or the onsite check-in.


CHICAGO KICS SHOWCASE: TEAM PAPERWORK


Required Documents:

IYSA affiliated teams (IWSL, YSSL, CIYSL, SISL, Iowa) submit:

  1. A copy of your IYSA Tournament Roster Form (either the form on our tournament site, the IYSA site, or your team page in your league’s site).  All players, including guest players, must be listed on the teams IYSA Sanctioned Tournament Roster.
  2. Player Cards (or State ID, Passports)

Note: You do not need to submit IYSA Medical Release forms.  You are required to have them at all games, and will need to provide a copy for any player receiving medical treatment.


US Club teams (International Teams, Out-of-State US Club Teams, NISL Teams) submit:

  1. A copy of your IYSA Tournament Roster Form (either the form on our tournament site or the IYSA site).  All players, including guest players, must be listed on the teams IYSA Sanctioned Tournament Roster.
  2. Player Cards (or State ID, Passports)
  3. IYSA Medical Release forms for all players (US Club Medical Release forms cannot be accepted)
  4. Form NT
  5. IYSA Youth Program Background Check and Concussion Awareness Certification Form 

International/Out of State USYSA affiliated teams submit:

  1. A copy of your IYSA Tournament Roster Form (either the form on our tournament site or the IYSA site).  All players, including guest players, must be listed on the teams IYSA Sanctioned Tournament Roster.
  2. Player Cards (or State ID, Passports)
  3. IYSA Medical Release forms for all players (out-of-state Medical Release forms cannot be accepted)
  4. An approved “Permission to Travel” form from your home state’s USYSA affiliate.
  5. IYSA Youth Program Background Check and Concussion Awareness Certification Form 

Guest Players (All teams):·      

  • A team can have up to 6 guest players.
  • Player Cards (or State ID, Passports)
  • Guest Player form
